Delayed or lost packages If the package is not delivered within the expected time limit, please contact toti@hatsfashions.com and provide the order number. We will assist in the inquiry. If it is confirmed that the package is lost, a refund or resend can be applied for (a loss certificate issued by the carrier is required).
